Chef and owner Brian LeCounte grew up in a foodie family, which he’s been cooking since childhood and sought after his cooking passion thereafter graduating college. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Brian found himself in the kitchen during holidays and Sunday afternoons helping out in any capacity. After completing his culinary training at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, Brian worked for many brands such as Walt Disney World, the Ritz Carlton and Rosen Resort & Hotels, which honed his skills to understand flavors and expand his creativity on a plate. For Brian, as a private chef, it’s about creating an experience that can be found in restaurants and replicated right in the comfort of your own home. He believes in simple yet elegant dishes with the notion that food is the language that will always bring people together.
